Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the CoachApp platform provided by CoachApp. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Only Coaches pay for subscriptions; Coaches' Clients never pay CoachApp, so refunds do not apply to them.
2. Free Trial
Every new Coach account starts with a 14-day free trial. The trial costs nothing, requires no upfront payment, and creates no payment obligation: if you decide not to continue, there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
First payment — 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have paid for your first paid period (a month or a year) and decide within 30 calendar days of the payment date that the Service is not for you, we refund the payment in full, no questions asked.
Subsequent payments. If you have paid for a further period (Solo — 25 USD/month or Pro — 50 USD/month) and change your mind, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date. Such refunds are calculated pro-rata for the unused part of the paid period. Example: you paid 25 USD for a month, used the Service for 6 of 30 days, and requested a refund on day 7 — the refundable amount is the value of the remaining 24 days (25 × 24/30 = 20 USD).
Prices are stated in US dollars; refunds are issued in Belarusian rubles, in the amount actually paid (or its proportional part).
Once a refund is processed, access to paid features ends as of the refund date.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to hello@coachapp.example and include:
- the username of your Coach account;
- the date and amount of the payment you want refunded;
- how the payment was made (bank transfer or ERIP) and the details for returning the funds.
We may ask for additional information to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
5. Processing Timeline and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirming the request. Funds are returned via the original payment route (a reverse bank transfer or a refund through the ERIP channel). Please note that because payments are currently handled manually, the moment the funds actually arrive also depends on bank processing times.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- payments made more than 14 calendar days ago;
- the already-used portion of a paid period (refunds are always pro-rata);
- accounts terminated for a material breach of the Terms of Service (for example, abuse of the Service) — except where a refund is required by law;
- the free trial — there is nothing to refund because it is free.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the Republic of Belarus, where applicable.
7. Price Changes
We may change plan prices with advance notice given through the Service or by email. A new price applies only to subsequent billing periods — a period you have already paid for is never recalculated. If you do not agree with a new price, simply do not renew; your right to a pro-rata refund of your most recent payment (Section 3) remains available within the 14-day window.
